We continue to work diligently to keep our office as safe as possible in the years following the emergence of the Covid-19 pandemic.
We are following all provincial guidelines for health care workers, and the directives from the College of Opticians of Ontario about safe practices in the workplace and preventing the spread of COVID-19.

Patient care.
Under the current guidelines, masking has become optional in health care settings like the dispensary. Patients are still asked to stay home if they are feeling unwell, and sanitize hands upon entry. We will work with you to provide a level of care you are comfortable with at this time, including contactless home delivery, interac e-transfer payment options, and repeat orders for existing patients.

Office practice.
Increased sanitation and disinfection measures are in place, including regular disinfection of all high touch surfaces, disinfection of all tools, frames, and equipment regularly, and between patients. Private appointments available. Please do not come into the office if you have any Covid-19 symptoms, or if you have been in contact with a positive case.
